Minzuna what to do

What the hell to do with all that Minzuna.

Sunday morning Minzuna and eggs.

Teaspoon olive oil
1/4 cup chopped onion
salt and pepper to taste
3 cups chopped Minzuna

Saute onion in oil add salt and pepper
than add chopped Minzuna wilt down and make a nest of the wilted minzuna it the pan and add the eggs. Cook eggs for three mins and then put the pan under the broiler for two mins.

Sprinkle with Parmesan and serve.

What's ready this week

All the beets have been pulled and more planted. More lettuces and basil has been planted as well. The Voles are still big trouble. They have eaten all the cucumbers. We planted more and they ate them as well. I 've been applying pepper spray but with all the rain it is hard to keep up. And the Voles are always working.

So this week we have lots of basil, lettuce both romaine and boston, parsley, zucchini, a few cabbages, some early onions, minzuna, kale, beets, chives, sage, eggs still $3. doz and we have a few pastured chickens for $15. each they are 4 1/2 to 6 lbs.

The boys on the hill are doing well. I mowed half there pasture to promote new growth. They seem to like it. I still count four.

Cheers,
